Stylish and overall clean place with very professional and well-trained staff. Above average breakfast with a view over Heraklion for the start of the day. Early check in and excellent service. The pool area was lovely too. Perfectly comfortable location close to ferry, and 15 minute walk from Agios Minas Cathedral.

The property was delightful with extremely cheerful staff despite best efforts, I really enjoyed the stay. The restaurant was amazing for dinner here, I had hot dishes. The beds were relaxing and the view of the harbor and docked cruise line ships was exceptionally good. The location was marvellous, not very far from Battle of Crete.

This was a very nice stay for ten nights. Caring and particularly helpful staff, were happy to help, and any requests were accommodated. The breakfast served was above average with food on the floors, many varieties plus an omlette station. The location was excellent, for example, Battle of Crete was at a short distance from the hotel.
Definitely, there was breakfast missing, we were a little disappointed.
